ISN offers a Special Fellowship in collaboration with the Hong Kong and Chinese Societies of Nephrology.  This Fellowship scheme is designed to enable Chinese Fellows to train in selected host centers in Hong Kong.

Three short-term fellowships will be made available each year.  Each grant consists of three months of training that ISN and HKSN will support with US $6,500.

Basic Requirements for the Candidates:
1. Reasonable command of English
2. Reasonable exposure to nephrology, dialysis, and/or transplantation
3. Recommendation letter from the applicant's supervisor/Chief of Nephrology
4. Recommendation letter from a current Council Member of the Chinese Society of Nephrology

Chinese candidates who wish to apply to train in one of the Hong Kong centers listed below are requested to contact the hospital of their choice in order to establish a training plan and agreement.  When the candidates contact the Host Centers in Hong Kong, the 2 recommendation letters should be available for the Center’s consideration and for the training plan.

Chinese candidates are of course still eligible for training in a center of their choice through the regular ISN Fellowship Program.
