The 2nd Congress of International Society of Hemodialysis (ISHD 2009) will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). The HKCEC is an award-winning venue, which is noted for its consistently superior standards of service, its wide range of facilities and its dramatic location fronting Hong Kong's famed Victoria Harbour. It is just a few minutes' walk from a wide range of hotels, and is readily accessible by various means of public transport.

Registration and Information Desk
Our information counters will be operated throughout the congress for all participants, accompanying persons and day participants.

Language
English is the official language of the Congress. Simultaneous interpretation into Putonghua will be provided for selected sessions.

Badge
Each participant will be provided with a name badge and invitations for social programmes at the Congress registration desk at HKCEC. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress and social programmes. Only badge holders will be admitted to the Congress venue, meeting rooms, related exhibitions and social programmes.

Insurance and Liability
Participants are advised to secure their own insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal properties.

Letter of Invitation
To facilitate registrants' visa application, registrants may make a request in writing for a letter of invitation to attend the Congress from the Congress Secretariat.
